Physiotherapy in India has a history of more than 50 years and attained its eminence in the health care team, making a rapid progress & development in the last decade.

R.V.S.College of Physiotherapy a ISO 9001:2008Certified institution is located in Sulur, Coimbatore, South India with an exciting academic atmosphere.

The college has started its under graduation program, Bachelor in Physiotherapy (BPT) in 1993 affiliated to the Tamil Nadu Dr.M.G.R.Medical University, Chennai and recognized by Indian Association of Physiotherapists (Member of World confederation of Physical Therapy).

2001 - Commencement of MPT Degree course

2003 - 150 Bedded Multispecialty hospital, built at Sulur

2008 - Launch of ISO 9001: 2000 by Moody International Ltd.,

2009 - Enhancement of seats in Post graduate programme from 4 to 17 seats.

2009 - Awarded ISO certification 9001: 2008 from TUV Rheinland India Pvt Ltd.

2011 - Commencement of Diploma in Yoga affiliated to the Bharathiar University

2011 - Enhancement of seats in Post graduate programme from 17 to 24 seats.

2012 - ISO Recertification.

2013 - MOU signed with Maruthi College of Physical Education, FGAPEDY.

MOU signed with Ortho One Hospitals.

College is headed by the Principal Dr.R.Nagarani , M.P.T., Ph.D., with a very good team of dedicated, well qualified faculty members & guest lecturers from various disciplines.

With the 20 years of its existence, college has taken a big stride on all academic fronts, constantly upgrading our education and clinical skills to keep pace with current trends.
