Eligibility
Eligibility for BPT:
A. Pass mark in the higher secondary examination (12th) with the following subjects:

Physics
Chemistry
Biology (or Botany and Zoology)

B. For candidates who have studied abroad, they must meet the following criteria and have passed in the following subjects up to the 12th standard level:

Physics
Chemistry
Biology (or Botany and Zoology)
English

C. For candidates who have passed the Senior Secondary School Examination of the National Open School, a minimum of 5 subjects is required, with one of the following group subjects:

English, Physics, Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology.
English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and any other language.

D. Minimum pass mark of 35% in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (or Botany and Zoology).

Age Limit for Admission:

A candidate must have reached the age of 17 at the time of admission or will attain that age on or before December 31st of the year they seek admission to the B.P.T degree course.

Eligibility for MBT:

A. Candidates applying for admission to the Master in Physiotherapy program should have successfully completed the BPT degree examination from either "The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University" or an equivalent examination recognized by the university's authority.

B. If candidates have passed the BPT examination at a university other than "The Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R Medical University," except for Annamalai University, they are required to obtain an eligibility certificate from this university.

C. To obtain the eligibility certificate, candidates must follow these steps:

Remit the prescribed fees.
Submit the application form.
After obtaining the eligibility certificate, they can proceed with the application for admission.
